Every driver completes a liability release before using the simulators — once, then it's on file forever. Five minutes to sign, no need to redo on return visits, and you can opt out of having your photos used in our marketing.
Read carefully and sign below. Adults sign for themselves. Parents or legal guardians can authorize any minor (ages 10–17) participating with them in the same form. Photo and video consent is a separate, optional checkbox. You'll receive an email copy when you're done.

Our motion rigs tilt, twist, accelerate, and brake hard. The waiver acknowledges that you accept that risk for yourself, or for any minor you're authorizing. Anyone with seizure history, certain medical conditions, or pregnancy should consult a doctor first.
By default, the waiver lets SKR use photos and video from your visit in our marketing. There's a separate checkbox to opt out — uncheck it and we won't use your image. Racing experience is the same either way.
Anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian to sign on their behalf. The form handles both signatures in one transaction so families can sign together. Drivers under 10 cannot use the simulators.
No. Once your waiver is on file, it covers all future visits. We'll only ask you to sign again if our terms materially change.
Our minimum age is 10. The simulators are designed for older kids and adults — younger drivers don't have the size, focus, or reflex maturity to operate them safely.
Email us at racing@skrsimracing.com and we'll update your record. We'll honor the change going forward, though we can't reliably remove anything already published.
Securely with our waiver provider Smartwaiver. You'll receive a copy by email when you sign, and we can re-send your waiver on request if you ever need a copy.
Yes — the entire waiver text is shown above the signature field, so you can read it carefully before agreeing. The signing process won't let you proceed without scrolling through it.
