Corporate events · Montgomery County, PA
The only icebreaker
that actually
breaks ice.
Seven full-motion racing simulators in Lansdale, twenty minutes from most of Montgomery County. Bring three people or bring the whole department — everyone competes on the same grid, nobody sits through a trust fall, and the leaderboard settles arguments that HR can't.
Why this works
Everybody's
in a seat.
Most team events split a room in half: the people who are good at the thing, and the people waiting for it to end. Racing doesn't do that. A first-timer who's never held a race wheel is three seconds off the pace of the guy who owns a Porsche — close enough to compete, far enough to have something to chase.
Every driver gets a personalized sim profile, so the seat, wheel, and pedals fit them specifically. Coaches walk the room. Lap times go up on the board in real time. By the second stint people are talking strategy with colleagues they've never spoken to.

Packages & pricing
Seven packages.
From a three-person head-to-head through a full venue takeover. Every package can add catering coordination, custom trophies, and race coaching.
Pricing depends on headcount, duration, and which add-ons you want, so we quote each event rather than publishing a menu that won't fit your group. Send us the headcount and the date and you'll have a number back within one business day.
Not sure which fits? Tell us the headcount, the date, and how long you've got. We'll build the run-of-show →
How it goes
What the day
looks like.
-
You tell us the shape
Headcount, date, time window, and what you're actually trying to get out of it — bonding, client entertainment, a holiday party, or a competitive send-off. We build the format around that.
-
We set up before you arrive
Sim profiles, car and track selection matched to your group's experience level, race format loaded, trophies ready. Nobody spends the first thirty minutes in menus.
-
Everyone drives
Instructor walk-through for first-timers, coaching available throughout, and a live leaderboard so the whole room follows the story even when they're not in a seat.
-
Someone takes the trophy
Podium, photos, and lap times your team will argue about until the next one. We can send the full results afterward for the group chat.
Who's raced here
The grid says it best.
★★★★★Took our team here — some car guys, some not — and everyone had a BLAST. Staff is friendly, helpful, and absurdly knowledgeable about sim racing and setup. Well worth the money. Book a slot and take your friends; you'll be glad you did.

Questions
Before you book.
What's the minimum group size?
Three drivers. From there it scales through seven packages to a full-facility buyout with no group-size cap.
Do people need racing experience?
No, and most don't have any. Every driver gets an instructor walk-through before racing, and we match the car and track to the group's experience level. Mixed-ability groups are the normal case, not the exception.
Can you handle food and drinks?
We coordinate catering for your group. Tell us the headcount and any dietary requirements when you book and we'll handle the arrangements.
How long does a corporate event take?
Most run between ninety minutes and three hours depending on group size and format. Larger groups rotate through the rigs in waves, so more people means more elapsed time rather than less driving per person.
Can we get custom trophies and branding?
Yes. Custom trophies are available on any package, and we can build the race format and podium around your team names or departments.
Where exactly are you, and is parking a problem?
307 Derstine Ave, Suite 202 in Lansdale — five minutes off the PA Turnpike, with free parking right out front. If part of your group is coming from Philadelphia, we're a short walk from the Lansdale SEPTA station on the R5.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can for Friday and Saturday dates, which fill first. Weekday events are easier to slot in on short notice, and Monday and Tuesday are available by appointment specifically for private groups.
