All members must pre-book their sessions to count towards their membership benefits. 

Important Notice: All memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically. A commitment of three months is required and is non-refundable. To avoid charges for the next billing cycle after the minimum commitment has been made, cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.
